Triangle Rock Club Memberships

If you do not have an active membership at the time of your appointment and you schedule member pricing: you will be charged the non-member rate. If you have not filled out all TRC required paperwork before arriving, additional time will not be added to your session and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Please arrive early

When scheduling at TRC, please arrive a few minutes early so you have time to use the restroom and I have time to complete intake without cutting into your massage time. Your time begins at the time scheduled. 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide a 24-hour notice. If your cancellation is less than 24-hours, there will be a 50% fee. No-call, no-shows will be charged the full amount.

"No Tipping" Culture

Tips are not expected/requested. If you wish to pay a compliment, please schedule another session and/or refer a friend.
